Terms and Conditions

A deposit is payable on booking appointment. Bookings are not confirmed until deposit is received. Any cancellation of less than 48 hours notice given (24 hours if booked 48 hours prior to appointment date) then any monies paid or Gift Voucher are forfeited. Should clients request a further appointment after non attendance or late cancellation, full payment in advance will be required. In cases of non-attendance of appointment, with no notification, there will be no refunds of any monies paid.

Block bookings have a 12 month time limit. These can be used as and when at the payees discretion and can be used by family friends also. Non attendance of any appointment within a block booking will be deducted from the block with no refunds of that appointment.

Email confirmations of appointments are sent on booking of the appointment. It is the clients responsibility to make themselves familiar with the contents of the email in order to get the best of their treatment experience and any terms and conditions.

Results from colonic treatment cannot be guaranteed. From time to time it may be suggested by the therapist that the client may benefit from further treatment however at no time will further treatment be suggested to anyone who does not require this.

It is the clients responsibility to notify the therapist during the consultation of any health conditions which may effect the treatment. If doubt regarding any physical conditions exist, please communicate this to the therapist who can advise accordingly.

All equipment used is single use, disposable.

The remainder of any fees due will be payable at the end of the appointment time.
